It is a Ceramic House called a People Treater made by Lefton. It has a removeable lid which makes the candy/treat dispenser easy to fill. House measures 6" H and is a beautifully detailed collectible. Fill the dispenser with any kind of treat and the item will dispense thru the front door for you. Fill it with M&M's, hard candies, or even use it for dispensing tea bags for you & your guests!! Great detail. Note the traditional signs of the profession on it.
